Seeking Partners for One Year Bible Podcast
In December 2016, One Year Bible Podcast posted its first daily reading. Each day since then has included a reading from Scripture, and in January 2019 a weekly R.E.A.P. episode was added.
Every day more than 2,400 people download the daily reading. As this number grows, more and more people experience the cumulative effect of hearing God’s Word consistently - new patterns of thinking, believing, and acting.
Here’s what listeners have said:
“This is the first time I have read through the Bible. This may sound odd being that I have been Christian for close to 40 years.”
“I had set a personal goal of reading the entire Bible and used your podcast to do so in 2019. It has really helped me to develop a spiritual discipline on a daily basis.”
“I have been listening to this for over 3 years. Soon I wake up in bed every morning, I turn on this broadcast. Starting with God’s words are such an essential in my daily life.”
“Thanks so much for this simple podcast. It’s much easier for me to listen than to read.”
To continue to grow, we need help from partners of the podcast in three areas:
Spread the word. Through sharing links, posting on message boards, and other electronic and in-person means, if One Year Bible Podcast has helped you in any way, please let others know!
Prayer. In any investment the greatest return comes later on. For One Year Bible Podcast to bless the world to the greatest extent, it needs to endure. Pray for the sustainability of this project and its compounding growth.
Finances. The greater the financial support, the more time can be devoted to podcast programming. This would potentially include more frequent R.E.A.P. devotionals, as well as new series on the Psalms, Proverbs, and various themes in Scripture.
Thank you for reading this far. As a partner of the podcast, take this moment to commit to one of the three areas. If you choose to give financially please use the button below.
Thank you for your support in every way. Now let’s go spread the Word!
Sincerely,
Ed Burdette
